After 30 years in her 750 sq ft. condo, it was time for an overhaul. Everything was outdated or just plain falling apart. DONATE, ELIMATE or KEEP were the names of the piles created after going through decades of collecting. The condo is now empty and the construction has started!

All moved in and BRAND NEW! Our displaced post house fire family is back in their new home, recreated BETTER than before!

Unique tiles and a ‘spicy’ color palette were chosen to keep the atmosphere bright and youthful in this basement makeover. Beautiful textiles from trade resource Greenhouse Fabrics ranged from high durability performance fabrics for the seat cushions to faux leather for a sleeper ottoman to friendly stripes for window treatments…

The common element throughout is good design. There’s always a reason why an element is chosen for a certain place, whether it’s a colorful painting in a room or a specific fabric on a chair. There’s also a functionality to every item that is unique to each project’s solution. It’s sort of like an oversized jigsaw puzzle with a place and reason for each piece.
