Blue House on the Hill – Ph. 1

We started a dialogue with our client before his new home was even in contract, looking at the MLS listings to view interior photos together. We discussed his wish list for furnishing and decorating the new larger home. Once closed, we got right to work measuring the space and discussing a cleaner, more modern furniture style.

Furniture layouts are complete as is our item check off list for Phase 1. Our contractor is there currently redoing the hard wood floors and touching up the wall paint.

Next step in Phase 2 is presenting the furniture options to place our orders to get this family moved in….Stay tuned!

The common element throughout is good design. There’s always a reason why an element is chosen for a certain place, whether it’s a colorful painting in a room or a specific fabric on a chair. There’s also a functionality to every item that is unique to each project’s solution. It’s sort of like an oversized jigsaw puzzle with a place and reason for each piece.
