“Denise Wenacur helped me design my newly enlarged family room addition. We had so much more space that we needed to update it with new, comfortable pieces. My main concern was that I would feel comfortable sitting in the new chairs and that we would be able to enjoy the beautiful views of our garden through unblocked windows. Denise really came through with her unique resources. She set up visits to several trade showrooms so that I could sample many different style chairs for comfort and view accent pieces as well. We found two chairs that I really enjoy sitting and reading in, and she had a large curved sectional custom made to my personal requirements which also looks beautiful in the room. She came up with lovely roman blind window treatments that finish off the new windows but do not block our garden view or the warm sunlight in any way. We are so happy with our new family room. The common element throughout is good design. There’s always a reason why an element is chosen for a certain place, whether it’s a colorful painting in a room or a specific fabric on a chair. There’s also a functionality to every item that is unique to each project’s solution. It’s sort of like an oversized jigsaw puzzle with a place and reason for each piece.
