Extraordinary Outdoor Living

As part of a family beach house transformation, our team reimagined an outdoor space to meld seamlessly with the rest of a full gut home renovation.

The first step was to move the kitchen, so it would blend with a new sunroom featuring a wall of windows that look out on the serene property. Then, an expansive outdoor deck, which is almost the length of the whole home, was added to accommodate guests and family gatherings. And when no one is there, it’s the perfect quiet place to read, relax and be one with nature.

The finished space exceeded expectations. This house is now a beautiful home! Take a look at the full gut renovation of this Cape Cod Getaway:

Private & Inviting Deck

The main focus of this project was to create a comfortable and welcoming outdoor deck that makes you feel close to nature. After a complete kitchen renovation that included new sliding glass doors; our clients wanted to enjoy the great views surrounding their home and decided an addition was needed.

This new outdoor deck has expanded the everyday living spaces, while enhancing the charm of a three-season sunroom, which has become a comfortable refuge.

The result: bright, light-filled spaces combined with beautiful views of the scenery outdoors is a perfect combination!

The common element throughout is good design. There’s always a reason why an element is chosen for a certain place, whether it’s a colorful painting in a room or a specific fabric on a chair. There’s also a functionality to every item that is unique to each project’s solution. It’s sort of like an oversized jigsaw puzzle with a place and reason for each piece.

“Your rooms are like a painting. Each component is a brushstroke to create the whole picture. It’s magic every time!”
