DocuVideo: MG Reno Part 4, Final Solution

Our team did a beautiful job fully renovating this residential kitchen utilized more like a commercial kitchen with a private chef who creates wonderful meals for this couple on a daily basis. Cork floors made from wine bottle tops, granite countertops and custom cabinetry in stained walnut were the special materials incorporated.

The Master Bath, Guest Bath and Powder Room was fully renovated with details such as remote controlled Toto toilets with washlets, vessel sinks and radiant heating in the floors.

A rarely used Sunroom became transformed into a year round relaxation space when the walls were removed to open up into the family room. The new Sunroom is now bright and sunny and has a view from the double sided gas fireplace with stonework added all the way up to the high ceiling. A new French door was installed between the Living Room and the Sunroom for easy access and for better entertainment flow.

Custom furnishings, window treatments, new rugs, lighting and artwork are the finishing touches to make this beautiful home a true respite for the homeowners (which is our current task). The final details will make the difference in bringing all of these decorative elements together! View More Construction Photos  View DocuVideo1  View Docuvideo2  View Docuvideo3

The common element throughout is good design. There’s always a reason why an element is chosen for a certain place, whether it’s a colorful painting in a room or a specific fabric on a chair. There’s also a functionality to every item that is unique to each project’s solution. It’s sort of like an oversized jigsaw puzzle with a place and reason for each piece.

“Your rooms are like a painting. Each component is a brushstroke to create the whole picture. It’s magic every time!”
