Wow! Lots of progress since we started our construction on March 18th.

Cabinets and appliances have just arrived for the kitchen. Next step is to put them all in place, template the granite for the countertops and get the fabrication started. So exciting! Denise Wenacur is showing the beautiful custom cabinets in this short video pointing to some details that make going custom, worth the investment.

Both bathrooms are ready for tiling which is arriving this week. Vanity lighting has been ordered and a gorgeous chandelier for the master bathroom too.

The sunroom has been transformed! Windows are in place, the wall between the two rooms was taken down, and the new double sided gas fireplace has been installed! The common element throughout is good design. There’s always a reason why an element is chosen for a certain place, whether it’s a colorful painting in a room or a specific fabric on a chair. There’s also a functionality to every item that is unique to each project’s solution. It’s sort of like an oversized jigsaw puzzle with a place and reason for each piece.
